Introduction

Welcome back, guys! I am so excited to finally share my office tour with you all today. I've been talking about it for quite some time, and now I feel like the space is ready to be shown. In this article, I'll walk you through the entire office, sharing each little detail and where I got everything from. So let's dive in and explore my home office together!

Moving into a New House

Before we begin the tour, I wanted to mention that my office is located in our new house. We recently moved, and having a dedicated room for my office has been a dream come true. As a full-time content creator, having a separate space for work was essential for me. Previously, I used to have my office inside a beauty room, but now I have a whole room to myself, and it's been such a game-changer.

Office Decoration and Theme

When it came to decorating my office, I wanted the space to reflect my personality. I am a huge fan of pink, but I didn't want to overdo it and get tired of the color. So, I decided to incorporate bits of pink throughout the office, along with black accents. The combination of the two colors adds a stylish and modern touch to the space.

The Vase and Mirror

As you enter the office and look to your left, you'll notice a beautiful vase with black pompous grass. I purchased this vase and the grass from Amazon, and the information and links to these items can be found in the description below. Hanging on the wall is a mirror, which was actually a gift to me. I will ask the gifter about its source and provide a link if available.

The Chairs and Clear Table

To add a pop of pink to the office, I decided to get two pink chairs. You might remember seeing one of these chairs in my previous space, and I thought having two of them would be perfect for this room. They sit side by side and create a visually pleasing arrangement. In between the chairs, there is a clear table, which I initially had doubts about. However, after moving the chairs closer to the table, it made more sense and added a touch of elegance to the space.

Shelves and Displays

On one of the walls, there are shelves that serve as both functional and decorative pieces. The top shelf proudly holds my YouTube plaque, which represents a significant milestone in my content creation journey. Just below that, there are three separate boxes that I use as decor items. They don't have anything inside them at the moment, but they add a cute and organized touch to the shelf.

Moving to the shelf below, you'll find a little vase from the Target dollar spot and a cute calendar. I chose this calendar because it doesn't have the actual year on it, allowing me to use it for years to come. On the next shelf, I have some pretty vases that I also got from Amazon. I'm a frequent shopper on Amazon and Target, as they offer a wide variety of decor options.

The New Desk and Chair

Now, let's move on to the other side of the room, where my desk and chair are situated. Initially, I had a white desk and chair, as you might have seen in my previous tour. However, the white color was not blending well with the overall aesthetic of the room. So, I decided to replace them with a sleek black desk and a matching chair. Both of these items were purchased from Amazon and feature gold hardware, perfectly complementing the theme of the office.

Area Rug Selection

Underneath the desk, I placed an area rug to add warmth and coziness to the space. I posed a question to my Instagram followers about what kind of rug would best suit the room. Many recommended either a black or white rug, while some suggested one with a black and white print. After searching, I found a rug at Target that caught my eye. The black area rug, with its simple design, quickly became a perfect fit for the office.

The Last Shelf and Clock

To complete the decor on one of the walls, I added one more shelf. On top of this shelf, there is a clock that has been without a battery for quite some time, which used to be in our living room. It now serves as a decorative piece for the office. The shelf below the clock holds two random items that were previously in the living room, and I thought they would be a great addition to the office.

Conclusion

That wraps up my office tour! I hope you enjoyed exploring my workspace and seeing how I have personalized it to fit my style. Creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing office was important to me as it sets the tone for my work as a content creator. If you have any questions about the items featured in the tour, please feel free to ask. Stay tuned for more tours, such as my walk-in closet tour, coming soon!
