My Reselling Journey and Sales for September 16th to 30th, 2020
Hey everybody, welcome back to my channel! My name is Stephanie, and I'm a full-time reseller who loves buying and selling items on eBay, Poshmark, and Etsy. Today, I want to give you a recap of my sales from September 16th to 30th, 2020. So, grab a cup of coffee and join me as I share what's been selling on these platforms and how my reselling business is doing.
1. Introduction
Let me start by introducing myself and giving you a little background on what I do. As a reseller, I am all about sustainability, repurposing, and finding new homes for pre-loved items. I believe in giving these items a second chance instead of them ending up in landfills. It brings me joy to repurpose and recycle items, and I am passionate about finding new homes for them.
2. My Reselling Business
My reselling business mainly focuses on three platforms: eBay, Poshmark, and Etsy. These platforms offer me the opportunity to reach a wide range of buyers and sell different types of products. Whether it's vintage clothing on eBay, fashionable items on Poshmark, or handmade goodies on Etsy, I explore different avenues to diversify my inventory and attract a variety of customers.
3. eBay Sales for September 16th to 30th, 2020
During the second half of September, I had a total of 12 sales on eBay. Let me walk you through some of the interesting items I sold during this period.
Vintage Austin Reed Slacks
One of my sales was a pair of vintage Austin Reed worsted wool houndstooth slacks. These classic pants found a new home in North Carolina and sold for $15.
Selling a Shark Filter
In a funny turn of events, I sold a shark filter for $16.99. This is actually a replacement part for my blender, but instead of throwing it away, I decided to sell it on eBay. The buyer in Florida got a great deal, and I made some extra money!
Last Pair of Hue Wide Waistband Leggings
The very last pair of hue wide waistband leggings that I had for sale also found a buyer. These leggings consistently sold for $12, and this final pair went to Pennsylvania.
Selling a Flawed Puma Tea
A Puma tea with a minor flaw found its way to a new owner in New York. I sold it for $10, a great deal for someone looking for a casual and comfortable piece.
RBX Cropped Camo Baggy Pants
A pair of RBX cropped camo baggy pants made their way to California, selling for $15. These lounge pants are perfect for a casual day out.
Selling a Sally Hansen Snow Globe Nail Polish
One of my regular sales includes nail polishes, like the Sally Hansen Snow Globe I sold for $10. To stay competitive, I offered free shipping on this item, and it was bought by someone in New York.
Levi's Jeans Brand Bib Overall Dress
A stylish Levi's jeans brand bib overall dress found its match in Oregon. This unique piece sold for $45 and made its new owner very happy.
Miracle Wear Muslin Fitted Crib Sheet
A miracle wear muslin fitted crib sheet went to Wisconsin, selling for $21.99. This item is perfect for parents looking for a quality and comfortable crib sheet for their little ones.
Lucy Strong As Beautiful Pants
A stunning pair of Lucy Strong As Beautiful pants sold for $50 and were shipped off to Minnesota. These pants combine style and functionality, making them a sought-after item.

A set of two country farmhouse pillowcases found their new home in Pennsylvania. These brand new pillowcases, sold for $20, were a great find from a local liquidation company.
Hat from Mountain Hardwear
A warm and cozy hat from Mountain Hardwear sold for $15 and made its way to Minnesota. This hat offers comfort and style during the colder months.
Cross Stitch Ada Fabric
Lastly, I sold a vintage new and packaged cross stitch Ada fabric to a buyer in Virginia. This beautifully crafted material was purchased for $10 and will be used for creative cross-stitching projects.
4. Poshmark Sales for September 16th to 30th, 2020
While my Poshmark sales were not as extensive as my eBay sales, I still had some interesting items find new owners. Let's dive into those sales.
White House Black Market Sweater Dress
A white House Black Market sweater dress sold for just $9. This item had been in my inventory for a while, and it was time to let someone else enjoy it. It was quickly shipped off to Texas.
Talbot's Knit Blazer
A Talbot's knit blazer sold for $25 and made its way to New York. This stylish blazer is perfect for both casual and professional settings.
More Austin Reed Gray Slacks
Continuing with my success in selling Austin Reed pants, another pair of gray slacks was sold for $28. These pants were shipped off to Georgia, pleasing another happy buyer.
Mitchell and Ness New York Yankees Hoodie
Being a fan of vintage sportswear, I sold a Mitchell and Ness New York Yankees hoodie for $32. This cozy hoodie found a new home in New York, and I'm glad to see it go to a fellow fan.
Harley-Davidson Boots
One of my biggest sales during this period was a pair of Harley-Davidson boots called "Jamie." These stylish boots sold for $85 and were shipped off to Texas. It's always exciting to sell high-end items like these.
Athleta Blue Crop Yoga Pants
A pair of Athleta blue crop yoga pants sold for $20 and flew off to Maine. These comfortable and stylish pants are perfect for any yoga enthusiast.
Vera Bradley Wallet
Lastly, I sold a Vera Bradley wallet for $8, which was bought by someone in Oregon. This wallet is both practical and fashionable, and I'm glad it found a new home.
5. Etsy Sales for September 16th to 30th, 2020
Moving on to Etsy, I had sales from both my Midwest Seller Shop and my Pup Cycle Vintage Shop. Here are the items that found new owners during this period.
Vintage Cornucopia Brooch
I sold a beautiful vintage cornucopia brooch for $12.99, and it was shipped off to Texas. This brooch was a hit, selling within just a couple of days after listing.
Marshall Fields Purse
A stylish Marshall Fields purse in a gorgeous rusty orange shade was sold for $40.66 as part of a promotion. It made its new owner in Pennsylvania happy, and I'm glad to see it being appreciated.
Handmade Dog Bandanas
In my Pup Cycle Vintage Shop, I offer handmade dog bandanas using repurposed fabric. During this period, I sold four doggy bandanas. They were the perfect choice for dog owners looking for unique and eco-friendly accessories for their furry friends.
6. Shoutouts and Product Reviews

I also want to share my experience with JD Creations, a small candle company that caught my attention on Instagram.
