However, what sets it apart is the beautifully hand-marbled paper on the front. Although I didn't make this one myself, the vibrant colors and intricate patterns make it a true work of art.

Inside this book, you will find tuck spots, sewing, and my signature random pages. I've even incorporated some file folder pages and paper collage to add a touch of uniqueness. The book also includes pockets and a nameplate at the back, making it both functional and visually appealing.

The Excelsior Journal

Moving on, we have the Excelsior Journal. This book is part of a series of three commonplace books that are similar to my well-loved Poe book. All three books share the same approximate size, measuring around 8 and 3/4 by 5 and a half inches, with a two-inch spine and almost 200 pages.

The Excelsior Journal features a hand-marbled front and back cover, with a stitched spine and gold gilding stripes. The front of the book showcases a journal label, inviting you to personalize it to your liking. Inside, you will find a variety of vintage papers, including sheet music covers and dictionary pages. There are also random pages, like fold-outs and envelopes, perfect for hiding little treasures.

The Botanical Notes Number One Commonplace Book

Now let's explore the Botanical Notes Number One Commonplace Book. This book is designed to resemble an old-fashioned specimen notebook. At the back, you will find a stamp that humorously reminds you to keep the book clean. Additionally, there is a book binder's list, which was traditionally used to track the repairs made to a book.

The interior of this book features marbled paper in a leafy green shade, complemented by a buttermilk yellow and white pattern. Similarly to the previous books, it includes various papers, tuck spots, and sewing. The purposeful grunge factor and vintage look give it an overall nostalgic and timeless appeal.

The Minty Green Commonplace Book

Our next stop is the Minty Green Commonplace Book. This book follows the same structure as the previous ones, with a stitched spine and gold gilded stripes. The cover boasts a label that you can leave empty or customize to your heart's content. Its beautiful minty green color adds a refreshing touch.

Inside, you will find my hand-marbled paper, which I created several months ago. The lovely green shade pairs wonderfully with salmony swirls, marigold yellow, and white accents.
